Gyliene and his co-workers. It is shown that the authors have furnished a brilliant validation of the concept that dissolved contaminants are primary removed in Fe(0)/H(2)O systems by adsorption onto iron corrosion products and co-precipitation with iron corrosion products. It is reiterated that "contaminant removal" and "contaminant reduction" should not be interchanged randomly. %U http://resolver.sub.uni-goettingen.de/purl?gldocs-11858/6811 %~ FID GEO-LEO e-docs
