N2  - Die Rekultivierung von Abbaugebieten für Belange des Naturschutzes (Biotopneuschaffung) und die Pflege von Gebieten mit Sekundärgesellschaften, d.h. die Erhaltung eines bestimmten Zustandes, sind notwendige Ziele des Naturschutzes, die auch für Moore gelten. Die Rekultivierung für den Naturschutz darf jedoch nicht als "Alibi" für einen Abbau herangezogen werden. Pflegeprogramme bedürfen einer sorgfältigen Begründung durch Konzepte des Arten- und Gesellschaftsschutzes, Die natürliche Entwicklung von Beständen verändert zwar ein gewohntes Landschaftsbild, ist aber in vielen Fällen ökologisch nicht negativ zu werten.
N2  - Management of nature reserves(secondary paludification, grazing, burning etc.) and the regeneration of peat cutting areas, gravel pits etc. are goals of the nature conservancy, landscape planning authorities and private organizations. The planning of new biotopes is no alibi for the exploitation of sites of ecological importance. The management is prerequisite for the conservation of special species and ecosystems. In Southern Germany special problems are meadows of valley bogs (Molinion, Caricion davallianae, Caricion fuscae). In many cases the development of secondary ecosystems gives more aesthetical than ecological problems.
